Hi

Yes it’s quite common, eating takes a lot of energy.

Small meals, eat slowly, swallow on the exhale.

Sometimes if you eat a large meal your stomach can push on diaphragm which can push the lungs up making breathing inadequate. I get like this if I drink too much water at a time. Smaller meals little and often may help x

Yes, doctor has a term called (long lung) your lungs lose elasticity after a while and clash with diaphragm and stomach etc for space

I simply reiterate what has been said. Full stomach pressing on abdomen making it more difficult to breath having less lung to do he work. Eat smaller meals perhaps more frequently. Pursed breathing helps, blow out through pursed lips as if blowing out a candle in earnest and breathe in as if smelling the roses.
