Pneumonia vaccine

Phone Dr again as had flu jab just need pneumonia jab ..to be told sorry do not know when it will be in as there is a national shortage...and giggled when I asked if she knew when the surgery will get any in ..no sorry...well my lungs are not a laughing matter...Will just keep ringing

I had to wait a few months for my top up pneumonia jab because of the shortage. Eventually got it.

Next time you ring impress on them what your future employment will be, it might help to gee them up a little.

Normally stock is prioritised for those with health risks, of which we all should fall into that category. If no luck after a while try another couple of gps, somewhere will have some. Good luck!
