So we went to see the prof test. He is so knowledgeable! Very basically I have Bronc. Lots of blood tests 😱 he wants to try to find out what has caused it. When I go back I will see his physio and he will give me guidance on management. Watch this space!

Another question for you guys: how many of you swim? Does it help? I feel it could benefit my breathing...

Really pleased your consultation wih PL went well - very proactive consultant.

I swim if and when I can. It would help I’m sue if I could go more frequentlyand I am sure it would be helpful to you. I would never however, use a steam room, sauna or hot tubs re the risk of pseudomonas.

Can you explain that please? How do you catch (?) pseudomonas please? I know they are bad but not a lot else... I am a newbie after all 🤣🤣🤣

Cof drop is so right. I never get into public jacuzzis, steam rooms etc. My doc calls them pseudomonas soup! I had a steam room put into my bathroom and it really does help.
