Hi just an update I wrote on here and got many suggestions regarding 3 day head pain , vomiting and dizzinessMany of you suggested going to my Drs so I got an appointment he sent for an ambulance soon as he saw me within 10 mins I was on my way to hospital after brain scan and Lumber puncture which was horrendous by the the way .I was diagnosed with a small bleed to the head .

Luckily the only side effects I have at the moment is loss of hearing and tinnitus but it's hoped that will settle I am waiting to see a consultant re my hearing .

I'm home and ok very mobile but on loads of meds but so grateful as it could have been worse .Just advised if this happens again not to wait 3 days .

Many thanks to everyone for their advise I would have gone longer and just thought it was migraine so it shows to be alert to other things in our pensionable years
