Hi I have copd asthma and reflux.I've been getting chest pains for a while now and leg pain. Went for CT scan my results were my arteries are furred up but I have all symptoms of coronary artery disease could I have this .

This is something to talk with your doctor, specialist, cardiologist about when you have your follow up appointment. that is the time to discuss the situation.
I am assuming your doctors are aware of your chest and leg pain check in with them asap if this symptom has gotten worse since your first consultation and CT scan.
