Hi yes I do something terrible, I'm going to the Doctor's after new year see if I can get something for it. It happens at the most awkward tomes and can be really embarrassing. I will let you know how I get on.😊 Bernadette xx

Yes, I always get it after a heavy cold. I feel worn out with coughing at the moment and am not sleeping well because of it. So far, my doc hasn't found anything that's helped.🙁

I had chronic sinusitis so I had an operation which has helped so much I still get a bit of post nasal drip after an infection though.

Doing a sinus rinse twice a day with Neilmed sinus rinse helps tremendously, you can get it from the chemist or even amazon. I also use Avamys twice a day which helps.

I too rinse twice a day, having been told by my gp that I would just have to learn to live with it as they no longer refer patients for sinus surgery.

Perhaps I should move to another area so I can it fixed?

As far as im aware if you request a referral to an ENT then they have to oblige even if it means u need to wait a while. Its not up to your GP. Make out its totally terrible an insist u see a ENT cons. Then see what they say. I have health insurance so went private thats why i got it done so quickly just a month after my first visit to my ENT.

Flixonase nasule drops r very good if u use then twice daily for a month.

Hi!! I do, and it's annonying, happens at the most inconvenient times....I also sneeze alot, but I've done that forever. But, no colds, or sinusitis...I've been to my GP and a ENT about it also. At a loss!! I'm thinking maybe a allergist next?
