Hello Masteryoda,
On here we can give tips, pass on our own experiences but specialist advice like you are asking should come from an expert.
I think a pharmacist would be best or your GP.
You could ring the British Lung Foundation.
Of course I could be wrong; maybe we have a very knowledgeable member on here.
Hoping you feel the best you can soon. xx
I assume you are looking for drug interactions concerning warfarin. Try looking here:
I would check with you own doctors regarding this, as its unknown to us the entirety of your situation and even if we did know, we are not qualified to advise on what may be ok for you.
You could check out this interaction checker, if for instance you want to take cold and flu capsules with certain ingredients against warfarin and your other medications.

Your local pharmacist may also be able to advise if He or She is fully aware of the other medications you are taking.
Basically as others have already said above.
Thanks for that.
Have you had a thorough read of the leaflet that comes with your warfarin? It will tell you what to avoid until you can check what other supplements will safely boost your immune system. I take an effervescent vitamin C but I know kiwi fruit contain more vitamin c than any other fruit so they're my go to too. P
I am on warfarin for atrial fibrillation and was told always to ask the pharmacist or doctor before taking anything. Especially do not take anything with ephedrine in it e.g Night Nurse, Lemsip and similar. Your pharmacist is definitely the right person to ask.
