anxiety and depression and learning problem

i have high anxiety and depression and when i was 7 i was sexualy abused and was hit alot as a baby and my mom was a drinker and she smoked and i was taken away from her and i got adopted at the age of 10 and now im 20 ps im from europe and i also have a learning problem

Hi a no welcome, we are all friendly here. Sorry to hear your sad story, but maybe we can bring some happiness into your life. My granddaughter has learning difficulties so I know how it can make you feel, but it's nothing to worry about. Please keep posting and take care of yourself.

thanx i think i will im also moving out of my parents home so my stress and anxiety is high a bit so i thought to find some site to help me but by the looks of it i think this is a wrong site so i was told. thanx again

Hi sorry to hear this. You are on the wrong site though as this one is purely for lung diseases. There are a number of sites here for mental health issues so just type your criteria in the search box at the top and they will appear. x

Go into communities then click on ‘find more communities ‘ then type in mental health support I think it’s the Shaw foundation . You can voice your concerns and receive support there.
