Hi there I suffer from depression and extreme anxiety I'm on 150-200mg of setreline aday I accidentally took 400mg now I feel tired and sick and have a banging headache took the tablets around 10am what should I do

I suffer from anxiety and depression and copd. I am on a lot of medication and it is sometimes really hard to remember if you have taken the correct dose. It is part of the depression, I really can empathise with you and I hope you are alright. It is worth telling your doctor or support worker that this is a problem for you. Pleas take very good care of yourself.
