Best advice would be to speak to your GP. Cold hands can have a number of causes. Many of them unrelated to lung disease. There may not be any problem at all. Having white hands may have no clinical significance. Obviously you have concerns so the best person to see his your GP.
I don't think it's uncommon especially in ladies. In the winter my hands get cold, I buy thermal gloves. The dryness of winter makes our hands get very dry, rather than hand cream I use a moisturiser called Cetaphil which is great and lasts for ages, although I do have a small Nivea hand cream in my hand bag. My mum also has cold and dry hands. When your next at the Drs ask about it but I don't think it's a worry to be honest.
Hi Shancock
Thank you will try and get moisturiser that you have mentioned just seem to have aged in last few months compared with my sister who is 11 months younger probably all to do with the stress I have had lately but will mention it to my gp next time I see him.
