MY blood yest had shown calcium in blood and very low vitamin d now waiting game for letter from the hospital feel so weak and worried

Hello, I think you mean parathyroid which sits on your thyroid. If there is a growth on your parathyroid it will push your calcium levels up, you don’t mention if it was high or not, we all have calcium in our blood. The next stage is a hospital appointment for a scan of your neck. If the scan proves positive then they will remove the area that is effected. And then you are back to normality. They may also look at your vocal chords in case they are affected by the parathyroid.

He said pituatry gland sits behind the thyroid as big as a pea calcium levels were high I'm worried as I had breast cancer 8 years ago I wake up almost every hour with my hands tingling like pins and needles and bones are painful my voice is occasionally hoarse and I have a cough my last blood test april 3rd were fone then the July ones had gone haywire

Your pituary gland is in the middle of your brain, and if there is a problem it produces high levels of prolactin. The parathyroid sits around the thyroid and it is a butterfly shape and produces high levels of calcium when there is a problem.The hoarseness is being caused by the parathyroid.

The doctor said it was the size of a pea at the base of the brain I'm waiting to see the neurologist

Thanks I just want to feel myself again I'm so tired all the time so many issues which he said are all connected
