What I remember about borborygmi from dietitians school was that everybody's digestive system makes the noises, and if they aren't audible at least by stethoscope, there's usually something wrong. Are yours too noisy or non-existent?

Hi Ergendi it’s not my guts it’s my dad’s every time he drinks eats the make bubbling sound very audible.

But with him suffering from elevated Hemidiaphram and Atelectasis could it be something to worry about especially as said been felling sick nausea.

How is he eating at present? Borborygmi are caused by fluids and gases moving through the gut contents as the whole lot are moved by peristalsis, the muscle walls rippling to move the contents on. Is your dad generating a lot of gas? Is he constipated?
