Hi Patsy.

if you go to the home screen you will see "About" . Click on that. A dropdown will appear with " Search". Hope this helps. xx 🙋

If you're using a tablet, laptop or pc then the 'Related Posts' window is to the right of the screen. If using your mobile phone then you need to scroll down to find that window.

I use an iPad, the related posts are to the exactly to the right of your above post.

You can also write Aerosure in the search bar, top right, and press 'return'. P

I cannot answer your question as i am hopeless with finding things on site but i can tell you that i believe my aerosure has helped me a lot. I use it at least twice a day. The improvement was not obvious at first but my cough has changed and the gunk actually comes up now ( this has always been a problem for me ) . This can be due to the muscles being stronger. I really hope it helps you. ❤️

Hi Sheila do you use it on breatheasy mode or mucus? ♥

Hi Patsy, mostly breatheasy as i find the mucus one a little strange to use. It is probably me so don’t be put off. I find the breathe bit really good though. You know when you move too much or too fast and you start fighting to breathe, it is amazing then as it helps you to slow down your breathing and so the panicking

Dies down. Over the last month it has definitely made my breathing a lot better.

Good luck with it ❤️

Hi Sheila it's me again. I'm wondering if you have tried using it when you would normally be using your ventolin ie when you wake up and can't breathe. I usually use my reliever. A couple of times recently I've had to rush to the loo and have taken my ventolin reliever with me. Maybe I should have taken my Aerosure! Any chance you have been in this situation?

Yes i know exactly what you mean. I have a little waterproof bag that i put my phone, aerosure, glasses etc into as i get into trouble when i am in the shower. The best thing is it stops me getting so worked up, with the aerosure it controls my breathing and helps stop me panicking. Take both until you find what works best for you Patsy just in case.

Good luck with it. Xxx
