Good morning all wanted to let you know I was referred to pulmonary rehab about 3 weeks ago and it’s brilliant.

So pleased I went it’s very educating and really such a big help in more ways than one. If anyone hesitates like I did go try it you will be really glad you did. Rose

Hello Rose,

Great news! I am glad you are finding it useful and enjoyable. I will start again in the autumn, it is getting too hot I’d rather go to the swimming pool at the moment. I manage 3 times a week.
