Too much information

my inbox is suddenly filled with posts from COPD and Thyroid sites. I keep deleting but more arrive. How do I stop this please ? I have clicked on to the wrong buttons. Polly X

Hi Polly. Click on your avatar on the top banner (above, right) and select 'Settings' from the drop-down list where you can choose what emails you receive and how often.
