I attended a Pulmonary Physiotherapy appointment last week, but was so disappointed, all the therapist did was make me walk up and down, marching on the spot and getting up and down from a chair without using my hands, which I found very difficult after recently (last year) having a second hip operation. I thought I was going to be given some breathing technique info. What exactly did you do. By the way I have been having a lot of discomfort in my hip operation area since this session !
