Pulmonary rehabilitation

I have an appointment in January for a pre assesment for pulmonary rehabilitation. Can someone tell me what this involves.

In my case it was a list of questions about my health and medication. Testing be and oxygen levels,before a six minute shuffle test. So don't worry about it.

Mine took about an hour. It was conducted by a physiotherapist and involved a lot of questions relating to how my condition affects me, medication etc, and then at the end I had to do the 6 minute walking test. It was certainly nothing to worry about. Good luck with the appointment, and enjoy the PR.

mine was ages ago, and it was a lot of questions that covered a range of things . Medication , illnesses, symptoms , and what and how they affect me. Then we did a short walk to find out where the pain started and where the breathlessness started. At the end i was told i was not suitable for pulmonary rehabilitation. I dont know if that was good or bad.

they do say that it can be very helpful. XX

They ask you questions and then they get you booked in I did 6 weeks 2 afternoons a week I got so much out of my course I hope you enjoy it
