Shoulder and back pain
Hi Angie I suffer from a lot of shoulder and back pain unfortunately it’s not controlled I use movelate jel and nAPROXEN I don’t know if it’s the constant coughing or my arthritis that’s causing it sometimes I can’t even put the jel on as it’s too sore to even touch I do hope you find an answer from someone else , or maybe you could try one of these they may help I always say anything eorth a try 🌹wishing you well x
I get occasional back pain from an old accident injury and osteoarthritis, and see a good osteopath who has given me exercises to do to keep things in check. He also showed me how to deal with the pain from sore intercostal muscles and spasm in my diaphragm caused by not using Ventolin enough when I'm doing something strenuous and my COPD protests.
I get pain in my ribs and shoulder blades more so when i am doing anything physical or walking . I was worried it was my lungs, ( i have copd for 10 years), but now youve mentioned intercostal muscles i’m wondering if its those that ache , because when i’m resting i dont get the pain so much.
I get a lot of shoulder and lower back pain. I put it down to arthritis but I must admit chest infections bring shoulder pain and lower rib pain. You are not alone with it.
