Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D difficiency

I m suffering from back pain since last 7-8 month since i working in night shift

Doctor asked me to check uric acid, vitamin D, B12 and calcium test.

Here is the report :

Calcium : 8.7 mg/dl

Uric Acid : 6.7 mg/dl

Vitamin B12 - 135pgml

Vitamin D : 12.8 ng/ml

As I m suffering from back pain since last 7-8 month which is not much severe. Is there any test do i required
