Going home today..

I am looking for a Farewell Paris picture. I took lousy ones yesterday because I was facing the sun. ☀️Yes, it went from winter to spring in 24h!! I was amazed!

Sweating in my anorak, woolly hat and scarfie! Wondering if I should start stripping off some layers because you never know what tomorrow will be made of 😃

Well it will have to be the Arc de Triomphe..😉

Lol!! Well Dad had a bright green out and I kept it.

Finally in the train thanks to the Paris half-marathon and the snow, it is a double decker and packed!!

The Arc de Triomphe brings back many memories for me. On one occasion when we were in Paris on holiday, we’d left our oldest son at home ‘supervisIng’ the fitting of a new kitchen. My husband was negotiating the A de T, my job was to count the number of roads off so we got the correct exit. My phone rang and it was son number one, wanting to know which sink we wanted the waste disposal putting in! The air got a bit blue as we started on the second circuit of the A de T!
