Severe airflow obstruction with fev1 0.84L he has evidence of air trapping with residual volume of 217% and borderline hypoxia with p02 of 7.6spa on air his ct scan shows evidence of widespread emphysema with bronchial wall thickening some mucus plugging in right lower lobe and 8mm nodules in leftover lobe . He's had another ct scan and echocardiogram last week still no news from those yet what does all the above mean does he have broncatasses as well as emphysema

I would go to my GP and ask him those questions taking the figures with you. Also do look at the website and ask the foundation phoneline if they can help.
