Hi, i am carol, i was diagnosed with osas in dec 17 and started using cpap in jan this year. I am interested to know if anyone else with sleep apnea/osas has had any adjustments made by their employer to support them at work? I live in lancadhire and work in the public sector. Thanks

Hi Caroldol

May be if you confided in you head of department to see how they could help. .Find out as much as you can of your condition to be able to answer any questions raised. Above all do your best .

Welcome to the group and good luck for the future.

Thank you, unfortunately I have tried this and the adjustments they have proposed aren't actually adjustments, just applying standard policies. I am going to share more info from this site and the sleep apnoea trust in the hope that they begin to understand the condition a bit more.
