My reconsidering appeal is due soon and I have spent days on constructing my letter. I have used advice now website and descriptors from gov site. I have also included a personal statement about me and what I used to do. I am wondering do I say what my intentions are... as I do wish to go back to work on reduced hours and that I need the financial help?

I would stick to the reason for your claim, and the contents on your claims form. With all the back up information you have.
Your intentions for the future only concern you and your family, not the DWP.

Yes I agree stick with your claim and your health issues, based on your absolute worst day. Don't hold back, I realise it's human nature to be optimistic but the DWP don't care about hopes etc. Just stick with the facts of the claim.

Pip is based on your ability to proform certain tasks and the help you require. Pip is there to help with meet those needs. If you work or not those needs are still there. Concentrate on those needs. Your future intentions have no relevance in relation to the appeal.
I agree with Stone keep it to how your affected not what you want for the future. You have to be able to convince them that you cannot walk very far and how much help you need due to your condition. I have just been awarded enhanced on both care and mobility so best of luck
