Pip reconsideration

Thankyou everyone so annoyed to have to wait a year it's wrong why do the vunable disabled have to jump through hoops the assessors are so corrupt getting a percentage for turning us down I bet I don't want to waste a year of my precious life fighting for a benefit I'm entitled to give me a new pair of lungs and new back and I'll be off someone happy to live but I can't im stage 4 end stage empyhsemic with crap bones and even crappier life do you notice I'm a tag bit down hmmmm wonder why I'll keep you all posted finally sent email to mp fingers crossed

Oh dear. i know the pip assessors lie they did with my assessment. Please dont give up fighting for what you are entitled to. but why a year ?

The appeal takes minimum of 11 mths

I know they do but unless my body gives up I'm not going to I've e mailed my mp let's see ifor his interested will keep u posted but so annoyed they don't care if u struggle or not 😢

Hi this is totally wrong isn't it? PIP was only set up to try and save money by introducing a difficult criteria, and wasn't actually changed to help the sick. So we all suffer. x

Well they think most people are scamming! But the amount of PIP money they are having to pay out shows they aren't. Many give up which to the powers that be is proof that it has successfully weeded out those who are 'cheating' the system. x

Please persevere OK? I have had constant barriers placed in front of me, there is a worldwide philosophy by all government personnel at all levels, especially the career academics and the paper shufflers, that is to 'stone wall' you long enough to make you give up and go away! I just keep ringing, until they get annoyed with me, and put resources into getting me fixed up and gone. REMEMBER it's your life you are fighting for, not just your job.

Just so fed up I'm in last stage empyhsemia don't need this had chest infection for seems like forever my nuse told me they would get worse each time maybe I should give up now some people no bedside manner 😠

Sadly both PIP and ESA are a lottery in regard to results. To be fair both my wife's and my own reports were accurate and we both were successful. I have helped a number of local people and sadly their results were not so straight forward. In my opinion their medical reports were fairly accurate. However the DWP decision makers scoring was very poor.

Thought mine was but assessors inaccurate in their points scoring dismissing what they could of awarded me points for just so I wouldn't get it surly if we all got awarded dla indefinitely pip should be illegal !!!!!!

Thankyou cab on Thursday to fill out appeal form he did original form said I had enough points then guess no one at pip agreed 😡

Don’t give up Kc, my mandatory reconsider was also turned down but I’ve just posted my appeal. I also thought about giving up and that’s the first time I’ve ever thought about throwing the towel in BUT I don’t like being called a liar and having my integrity questioned so decided to appeal. I got some help from CAB and disability first had said they’d help when I phoned them re reconsider but they didn’t have a spare advisor available in the three week lead time so I did the appeal myself.

I put down in writing what I think I should’ve scored and why and I’m hoping to get a doctors letter next week to back up my case. I’m not just doing it for me but for all the people who’ve been unfairly rejected, it’ll get recorded and not just filed as ‘failed claimant’ = scammer!!! Humph!

Well filled in pip appeal today took forever post it weekend heard back from mp it's official pip are liars said I had reduced points as my doctor said I can walk over a certain distance my doctor hasn't been contacted by pip at all also I had reduced points as my lung specialist had discharged me from clinic I had explained I didn't qualify for lung reduction as empyhsemia all over should have got more points not bloody less surely ? My mp said go to appeal so here starts a whole year till appeal comes through if im still here I'm on last stage empyhsemia really annoyed stressed out right now lying ....... 😠

Bless yer fingers crossed everyone including us recieved what there entitled to just so wrong I'm end stage empyhsemic so my time is precious not right u like have to spend it fighting this lot grrrrr
