Pip appeal to upper chamber

Can anyone help I went to 1st tier appeal in augest last year won apoeal but was only awarded mid rate for both care and mobility so cab said I should appeal to upper chamber on error of law as I said with stage 4 emphysemia and 2 wedge fractures of my spine lots of pain I didn't feel confident in going out on my own so appealed under distress part of mobility now had a reply the 1st tier tribunal refused my appeal to upper tirrelevant as it was only my feeling of feeling unsafe so no reason to appeal a is that right and b can they stop the award the 1st tier gave me anyour help pls guys as my bloody back gone again 😠

Ask them to come to you if on oxygen make sure you tell them that. Make sure you tell them all medication. If not let them know what you take and what for. And say how far you can walk I can do underc20 meters. I am stage 4 copd and suffer with anxiety and panic attacks after a bad exacerbation attack my confidence just went takes time for me to go out and wouldn't go out without my hubby. Make sure tell them about your bad days dont about you but this weather affectsxmy breathing so dont go out. take care and let us know how it goes.x
