Kittiecat, Hi, l find staff everywhere are so stressed out, it is human nature to take the easy route, Or, they just are incompetent! Be a squeaky wheel, you will make some enemies, especially with the clock watchers, but it is YOUR LIFE, not theirs! You will will find things get done just to get rid of you.
Sad to say the only way to be heard fairly is to appeal and attend a tribunal.

The system is so unfair.
Try and get help and someone who can represent you for the tribunal hearing.
Wishing you all the calm and support you need and every success for the tribunal decision.
Morning . Dreadful state of affairs but it doesn't shock me,it is what these so called "assessment people" do...they have been found,as in your case and hundreds of others,to twist your replies by just changing the way you answered a question,so giving a different answer.(does that make sense?) I had to take mine to a Tribunal which did take months and I won and it was backdated. However it was very stressful and involved an awful lot of paperwork, phone calls etc etc and sleepless nights.
I feel for you,I really do. Make yourself a strong coffee, sit back and breathe ......Come back and tell us how you feel in a bit won't you?
I feel cheated and upset I can't even send an email mail to my mp won't let me modern technology grrrr
Hi Kittiecat, please call the BLF Helpline (03000 030 555) and ask to speak to Biddy, who is the Benefits Advisor. I'm sure she'll be able to help. See her post here healthunlocked.com/blf/post........
Best of luck with your claim. Please let us know how it progresses.
Annie
Thankyou I will hun
It is a horrible situation. However you must go to tribunal. Have you a local disability rights group that is local and can help?
Hi Kittiekat what a distressing time for you, it makes me wonder why some of us bother going for these assessments. I feel for being in this situation, they just don't seem to care. Take care and have a good night 😊 Bernadette xx
Thankyou can only try and beat the system take care night night
