I had to go see the doctor yesterday and he said I have Pleurisy, I got 2 needles for pain and swish he was gone. Maybe someone here can tell me, does it just go away?

It can but usually they give you antibiotics, I had a 14 day course when I had it. But I had recently got over pneumonia. If it's still painful in few days go back and ask for course of abs.
