I have just started to take hemp seed oil as any one bin taking the table for some time

And have you found thay are a help

I'd be really interested to know where you get this from, what to ask for etc. as after watching a program on TV and doing a bit of googling this does seem like a very good natural anti inflammtory and I would like to find out more too!
