Peak Flow Charts
Hi, I made my own chart but you need squared paper.
Draw a vertical line and a horizontal one to make an L shape.
On the vertical line write 0 to 200 for peak flow result.
On the horizontal write day of the week ......one square one day.
Then put a cross on the peak flow number for each day . Join the crosses when you have a few.
I don't know if you can print squared paper from an Internet template .....I will check.
If you have a smart phone there are some great peak flow chart app's available.
Also if you are computer minded you can just create a chart in excel or any spread street and then just make a chart with the application. Its actually quite easy. But the paper one available on the Asthma UK web site is good if you want it on paper.

Hi Melita,
Try this from Asthma UK, there are 2 links, 1 is the master and the 2nd is for extra pages, it goes from 100 to 800. But you could always change the figures if needed.
Thank you, that’s very kind!
I was given mine at the local surgery in the form of a book.
