If there was a competition to write a witty rhyme.
I'm sure Don would win it,as he's had a lot more time.
To specialize in word play,perfecting his technique.
He's raised the bar in rhyming,and is almost at his peak.
So to Don I take my hat off,and to Don I hand the crown.
For when it comes to poetry, he beats th rest hands down.

Just an observation on your experience not your age,,,,,,but now you come to mention it!!
Actshully Dave, I had never even tried to write rhymes or portree until my first posting here 6 months ago when I was suffering from loss of sleep on account of my COPD. Shorty after that my dog became seriously ill and was not responding to treatment at the vets, so I camped in the vet's car park with her and her drip to get her eating and pooing again. A lonely business, but getting support from the many people here all the time. Added to that I'm dyslectic and rely on computer software to get by.
So you see, you are much better qualified, I'm just a flash in the pan, so keep the people happy with your postings, they deserve it. 
Well Don to be honest,I think its even more remarkable that you do what you do,,,without wanting to appear a flatterer I am genuinely impressed.
