Well I got good news, if you can say that. I'm only 1st stage, caught it early. Had my pneumonia injection. Been referred for PR, which I wanted. Had a heavy, physical day today, sorting out clothes bank that I run in the local community. Picked up my nicotine patches. Going to chill now. Hope I find you all well today.

Mrsmummy, its the hardest thing for me to give the fags up. In the end, they've done the damage, they have to go.it ain't going to be easy, but I will succeed.

I know how hard it is. I did it too. That is totally the right attitude though. Nothing worth having was ever easy. Your health is worth having.
