ive been taking multi vits for years,bad decision so ive been told also pure orange juice,i cant find an answer about this,can anyone help

The thing with supplementary vitamins, of which you will already get in a balance diet. Is if you don't exceed the recommended dosage you will come to no harm and any excess will pass through your body as natural waste.

Ever noticed there are no clinical trials for supplementary vitamins. Which is good news for the manufacturers, as its a multi billion dollar industry.

As long as the claims are realistic and don't offer a cure they are on save ground.

Good marketing, attractive packaging and people will continue to purchase if they make you feel good , no harm done.
