After a very rough time and making the come back of the century I have just heard from his daughter in law that MC or Mattcass has been excepted for the transplant list.
He has worked very hard to get himself fit and well enough to pass all the stringent tests.
We often joke about getting to the top of 'Arthurs Seat' one day but I do think he's actually going to do it some day. Keep up the great work MC I am really chuffed for you and Fran.

Wonderful news Tony. Give him my regards. Keep your phone with you at all times I feel your time is coming. Me I have been in Hospital for a week. No release date yet. Draining fluid off lungs. Sorry for rant p***** off.
You have every right to rant as you have suffered more than most. I hope those drains work, they did for me once and like you I have the scars to prove it 😊.
Hope your out of hospital soon Suzy and the sun is shinning when you leave 😎.
Hi Tony thank you for letting us know the good news about Matcass, pray you get that call soon you have worked hard and a prayer for all our family on here who are on the waiting list not forgetting past n future donors all over the world,on their passing away they gave another human such a precious gift.Hope you are enjoying the Concert do let us know how it was take care my friend God bless naresh62
that's a wonderful thing that mc is doing, I'm in the process of trying to lose the weight so that I too can go on the list. My doctor says I would be a great candidate because I'm 55yrs young and everything else in my body is working fine. We all with copd want to be better because of the struggle this causes us and the seriousness of our health, then, when the time comes and we get that call that the lungs are here for us, we hesitate because reality sinks in, then we become unsure, maybe the oxygen machine is not so bad, now we are undecided. This is when we have to trust God and show our faith in him. Leave it in his hands and take the plunge! God bless you all and I will continue 2pray4us
Wonderful news of Matt, Tony, thanks for letting us know. He certainly has worked hard and most important of all he's kept going and like you is a great example of "never, ever, give up". It's not an option is it, cos there's a big world out there and life to be lived. Have a great time at the blues festival, wish I were going!
