I have often thought maybe we should live in a space suit bubble; to keep us breathing, body at a controlled temperature, great a personalised environment. Looking at this mask, I have scratched this thought. X

I had a mask like that in 2008 when I was in ICU. But I had to have it taken off. I was with a raging temperature and was getting so hot in side I had to have it taken off. Ended up with a traci and then 10 days on an oscillator to keep me alive.

But do see the logic in them.

I like it. Maybe I could go snorkelling, without a snorkel and a mask. I really miss having my face in the sea and watching the fishes and other underwater creatures.

Just looking at that mask leaves me breathless and stressed. I wear a nasal Bi-Pap so at least my mouth is not covered.
