Turmeric and garlic

I'm going to Holland and Barrett tomorrow as they've their cent sale on. Going to get turmeric, I've seen a few of you mention it here and garlic. Anything else anyone would recommend? I'm taking a multivitamin and omega 3 oils also

Try galic 2 cloves lemon half Cinaman stick half cloves and I only know it as elesse about 4 they are green small and about two tea spines of auger boil and simmer until elesse open or becomes soft and you can brack them with a spoon about a cup full of water stran and drink very good for you but do not tast nice good for colds flu throt infection coughs stomac up set try
