Spiriva respimat

Hello, this is the second time I'm asking this question. I can't seem to find the first one I wrote, so here goes. I'm wondering if anyone on this site has stage 4 copd and asthma, and if they find using spiriva helpful at this stage, or are breathing better on a different medication.

I have severe COPD, I guess it is stage 4. I too have been prescibed Spiriva and don't know if helps but I assume if I don't use it, I will feel worse. I don't know if that makes any sense. .
