Im so sorry that you have lost your Husband. I was married for 51 years when I lost mine. I know how hard it is.

You don’t have to leave the group straight away. The group has helped you all this time. They will I’m sure help you until you begin to come to terms with things.. My Husband had IPF and that group were all so helpful. I’ve still got friends after nearly eleven years. I hate to think that you are struggling with this all alone. Sometimes you can talk to people on here more than your family. Have a little think about it.
