Hi Mandy, I recently bought one from Amazon UK, after reading many blogs on this site and also, doing my own research. I have been enjoying good sleeps at night - 7+ hours! There are several Himalayan Salt lamps to chose from on the Amazon site so, I on't know if any are better than others but I just went with my gut instinct. What I didn't realse is that you need to buy the tiny bulbs separately, as they don't automatically come supplied with the lamp.

I thought the low, soft orangey pink glow of the lamp would keep me awake at night but it doesn't, as I have the Himalayan Salt lamp on permanently on my bedside table.

I have to say that I don't seem to be coughing nearly as much these past 3 weeks and my mucus is definitely thinner and easier to expel when I do my physio lung clearance each day.

I hope you gain benefits too and find your health improves :)

Wow guys, I read about the lamps and I'm anxious to also buy one to try...they sound like a nice night-light even if they don't do much! Thanks, I'm looking forward to giving it a try...hoping it works.
