Decisions decisions. ...come on just look at those mushrooms pick by my hands a few minutes ago and two of those eggs are still warm.
Cut mushrooms into half inch strips.
Fry gently in olive oil with two crashed cloves of garlic and season.
Fresh mushrooms need only to be soften for a few minutes. ..
Break 6 NEW LAYED eggs into a container
Add a little milk season and whisk.
Place in a pan a nob of butter with a little olive oil.
Cook gently until it nearly cooked though.
Turn of heat place the cooked mushrooms .on top of omelette and fold half the omelette on top of other.
Leave for a moment until the middle has set from the heat in the omelette.
Eats well with a glass or two of red label.
Yep I know I know..
Andy.

Totally the wrong approach.
Place the eggs & mushrooms on a plate; cluster them together & place carefully in the bin.
Order a takeaway whilst slowly working your way through the Red Label.
Cooking is simple really.

My wife has always liked to eat mushrooms raw. Strange woman. A mushroom's place is between the bacon & black pudding in a full fat fry-up.
This all probably explains why I find myself frequenting health forums mind you

That's not a problem. For me baked beans are the intruders...fine on toast but never in a breakfast.

Now that where him and I differ. I like tomatoes with breakfast. Beans go on toast or with bangers, chips and eggs for a treat on Saturdays for tea - going back to my childhood - a long time ago. Beans are not for a fried breakfast. Sorry just my opinion.
