Went to hospital today my foot been in agony thought I may have broken it . Now not only got osteoarthritis in my right hand but now in my left foot

Sorry to hear your arthritis is getting worse, unfortunately this disease does tend to have a pattern like this, in most cases. I have had it for twenty odd years sometimes a particular joint flares up I just increase pain relief until it returns to normal but never goes away of course. I have it in both hands and feet with occasional twinges in other joints. Have several home exercises to do each day, glad it is not in my back or knee and my hip is only minor pain as yet. The Chronic pain site as more sufferers who can advice on pain topics including arthritis.

I use Flexiseq cream to help ease arthritic joints - expensive but effective, and available in chemists and our local Tesco superstore. It was developed by Arthritis Research UK and you can find out more about it on flexiseq.com/ .

Ty I will look into this can put up with it in my hand but my foot really hurts
