I think a little of what you fancy does you good Rick. People do say that milk is mucus producing but if you find you are ok with that, then so be it. Take care xxxx

I agree a little of what you fancy. I love cheese and although it is said to be mucus producing, I just can't cut it out. Good to see you on here rick, have I missed your posts or have you been A.W.O.L. xx

hi rick,, yes i agree, a little of what you fancy does you good,:)

but i find , [whether its in the mind or not] a week cup of coffee seems to help my breathing , not too late at night though..

You enjoy your horlicks rick, all the very best,, jimmy :)

not really with some one who has over productive lungs like you and I have with emphysema but I keep my milk needs down during the day by drinking herbal and fruit teas so I can have my bed time favourite hot milk with honey followed by a mug full of chamomile tea. Then I sleep all night.

A little of what you fancy Rick... if milk doesn't bother you then go for it.

Hot chocolate in the evening is out for me, it contains caffeine., not so with Horlicks.

Hey, how nice to see you. I was thinking of you yesterday and wondering where you were.

Welcome back!!! X
