Umm - made a mistake

I am a member in another forum and somehow i have signed in here!

You all sound lovely people but I have enough just coping with he Chronic Pain site.

Could you please tell me how to leave?

go to - 'My Communities' then from the list select 'Browse Communities' and this will bring up a list and a search box - type in the search box British Lung Foundation - this will show you the box for BLF and in the box you will have another box that is ticked 'Follow' click on that to unfollow............hope this helps

I did all that then found I couldn't post a thank you" So went back rejoined.
