I dont think so Julie - I understand it is for over 65 instead of dla but you may need to ask to clarify xx

Just a suggestion to others. if you want to apply for Attendance Allowance and any other allowances,apply through your local council. They should have a dedicated team to deal with such things. I applied via this method and received my first payment in six weeks. You've nothing to lose. Cheers.
