Salt pipe ( Day 12 )

Quite a lot of mucus this morning but quite easy to expel, have had a good day today , took it easy after overdoing it yesterday. Not used my inhaler today.

Hi btown, see you are still doing well with the salt pipe. It is good to hear your news and how you are getting on! How many times a day do you use it and for how long at each session? All sounds good!
