No two days alike. Been an OK week today I have woken up aching all over feel right yukky and grumpy. Definitely leave the dust cobwebs etc day. So it is a dressing gown day watching Queens.

Morning Suzy, Sorry that you aren't feeling so good today. Its definitely a lounge on the couch day, as I had yesterday and today feel all the better for it. You said yesterday, that you might have the same today. Enjoy Queens. I am a tennis nut, and at the moment I am torn between watching the tennis, or going for a sail on the Waverly Paddle Steamer. She only comes here for a few days each week for around 6 weeks, and I did not manage to get on her last year as I was too ill. It would give me a chance to get around 3 hours of fresh air without walking around, as I cannot walk far, and I do need more fresh air. I could also get some photography done. It tends to be windy going along the Kyles, even when its a nice day.

Enjoy lounging, eating yummies and the tennis.

hugs xx

Sorry to hear your not so good today Suzy6, typical of the illness to spoil your nice weekend. That Bun looks mighty good though, not good for waist line though but good for moral. I'm having chicken salad brilliant no cooking and not much washing up either. The cobwebs will still be there another day. Rest and hope you feel a little better soon.

Hello Suzy,It does seem to be up and down all the time does,nt it?I just get settled, thinking " I,m not as bad as I thought" then stand up a bit too quickly and end up gasping for air, back to square one.Two hours later I,m cursing myself for forgetting I have emphysema. What I,d give for a whole nights sleep!Oh well onward and upward.Concentrate on the good times and we,ll be ok.Hope you feel better soon.D.
