What a difference a day makes, only 24 hours.

Yesterday I woke with a migraine and back ache, even painkillers couldn't shift. Was immobile all day. Hey today no migraine no backache good energy levels. Thank goodness. Have an enjoyable Easter all.

What a relief! suzy<

I had a rotten day. Woke up cold, had breakfast and saw the nist and rain outside. I thought the church will be cold andpeople coughing. So I didn't go. Went back to bed.

Had to take my bin out in the cold. My neighbour saw me and waved. I went to see her and her daughter. She told me that she heats all day long, especially when it's like this. I went hoe and switched the central heating on all day heating. it's much better now. My wife phoned me and made me feel a lot better too. She promised me to bring me some chips and steak on Wednesday afternoon! My mouth is watering at the prospect. I feel a lot better!

Oh helingmic what a rotten day it has been. So dreary wet and cold. I have had heating on all day. Had one of those days where I can't settle to anything. Played a few games on facebook, read a little roamed round the house. Glad your wife phoned you and cheered you up. Steak and chips yum feel hungry now at the thought. take care xx
