oh well done Flowers. Glad you made it and good news eh? Now you can set about a regime to eat well, keep to a healthy weight, have some extra Vit D3 in winter, regular gentle exercise and keep your immune system in tip top condition. Be brave and stay away from folks with germs.

All the best to you and do stick around. I'm mild-ish too but get quite poorly from time to time & still learning on this great site xx

Well done you! I'm mild/moderate Bronchiectasis and gave up smoking 10 months ago do my exercises and eat and sleep well. As long as We can stay clear of the dreaded infections no-one would ever know we have anything wrong. I do stay in touch with the site as I learn so much from the kind people here.

Glad results just mild, no reason for it to get any worse, if you keep fit, avoid smoke etc... as you know. I was told the same. Too many think copd will steadily get worse. Well it will if you smoke and don't exercise, which is not too hard to maintain really for a breath easy life!! Best wishes xx

Good to hear flowers89 but stay in the Group and as things progress you won't be so concerned about them and get puffed out, on purpose, at least once a day....

Really pleased for you x
