i have to go to the gp tues for a review on my copd i am hoping and praying it is still mild i exercise every day eat well stopped smoking

I have to go the the doctors tuesday for a review on my copd i hope and pray it is still mild i exercise every day eat well had my flu jab stopped smoking and avoid people with colds keeping my fingers crossed

You are doing everything you can perfectly, so hopefully the results will be fine. Try not to worry as that seems to be another thing that doesn't help us with lung problems :)
