We all have our off days Purl, but the best way of dealing with your condition is a positive attitude and being well-informed, so make sure that you get all the answers you need....you are entitled to that. Good luck, and let us know how you get on. XXX

You should have heard me at 5 o'clock this morning Purl......I was having a meltdown moment about my breathing. Don't feel like a moaner at all.

I read your previous post about your breathing problems.....did they give you a Spirometry test at all, or even a peak flow meter reading before being given the inhalers?

Have you been offered a CT scan on your lungs.

The BLF have a helpline which is open during normal office hours ...03000 030 555, they can offer you advice

Best wishes.

Lol Purl...We all have days when the windows are all painted black, that is why we all moan and rant at times. This condition is hard to get your head round at times so if want to moan then moan! We understand we have been there.

Hi Purl

I only just became a member of this site yesterday and I must say that I have found it so helpful.

However, like you, I feel a bit of a pessimist. I am having more bad days than good, but I'm really trying to work on my positivity, for me and the people around me.

Bee :)
