At the moment, when I cannot sleep at around 4 am, I get up, prepare myself a hot chocolate and read a passage from Pilgrim's Progress. It's very challenging.

Hello helingmic & thank you for the blessings, think I'm going to need all the help I can get. I often make a mug of hot chocolate too when I cannot get back to sleep, tho; for me its usually around 3 am. will send you a kind thought next time.
